Rodney received his LL.M. from the University of California Los Angeles and his J.D. from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in São Paulo, Brazil.
His practice focuses on advising startup, emerging growth and middle market companies across a spectrum of industries in corporate, finance and business transactions with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, entertainment, contracts and project finance. He is specialized in the structuring and negotiating investments deals, including angel and venture backed transactions, for both private and public clients.
Rodney is licensed in both the United States and Brazil.
